Hello Everton,
I think this is a species of Sea Robin (Triglidae). Nice sharp frontal capture, even if it tried to capture you before the gull finished it off!

The friend "Ärgus" is right, it is a "sea robin" although it is somewhat difficult to specify exactly the species.
It's a good photo of this nice fish. They are part of the spines (6 total) modified in the lower body and pectoral muscles used to move the legs as primitive.
A very curious fish, shot with very good eye!
