[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I have two photos of a Damselfly (female and male) I will post both of them, but as usual Ladies go first.

The Damselfly (Suborder Zygoptera) is an insect in the Order Odonata. Damselflies are similar to dragonflies, but the adults can be differentiated by the fact that the wings of most damselflies are held along, and parallel to, the body when at rest. Furthermore, the hindwing of the damselfly is essentially similar to the forewing, while the hindwing of the dragonfly broadens near the base, caudal to the connecting point at the body. Damselflies are also usually smaller, weaker fliers than dragonflies, and their eyes are separated.

Hola Senor Luis, beautiful and so delicate! Even the colours are delicate which contrast with the usually quite bright and sunny pictures that you post. I really like the colours of the smooth background, with the blue=grey and brown colours. The damselfly is very gracious and the composition superb. Gracias!

Francine

Excellent shot. Great details to perfection, especially the wings and legs.

Hi and Good Morning Luis,
A fine macro capture of a female damselfly from nice POV with excellent soft focusing with pastel colours.

Hi Luis,

Great macro shot of the damselfly!
The color of the damselfly is soft and pure, very natural and soothing to teh eyes. However, hard to find them to take a good picture, but you did a great job! You have nice sharpness and good POV.
Well done!

thanks and regards,

Hola Luis,

A lovely shot, with good note, thanks.
Les

Hi, Luis
Muted, pastel colours, perfect focus, a perfect background and two diagonal elements combined into a very attractive, almost monotone image. I very much appreciate how you have kept the natural colours.
regasrds, Nigel.

My dear friend Luis,
I've never seen this whitish damselfly!
Very well seen!
i love the classic POV, too!
bravo!
Goldy
