This "tiny" friend is living together with me in my room, but wait, i sleep in my bed and "she" in her ceiling ;). She respect me and i respect her.
Sorry for the cropping, but there was not enough space for all the long 8 legs.
In the position it is in the photo, "she" is almost 8cm long, but i bet holding her for the two longest legs it's more than 15cm long :S
I really don't know what kind of spider she is (i use to name it "araņa patona") but she is nice and i like her (i hope she likes me too). |

Hi Roberto. This is an interesting shot, I wonder what kind of spider it is. Are you sure its a female? I thought long palps indicated a male. Photographically it would be best to have the spider against a less bright background but I appreciate that you were being careful about the welfare of the spider. It's reasonably sharp and detailed and I think you did a good job with it :)
