fascinating macro!
I love to see these well lighted soft curly hairs against thewell contrasting distant background.
Very well controlled contrasts here. Nothing overexposed, and nothing drowning in the darkness. Very fine subtle shades of hues, saturation and brightness.

Very artistic approach here, the composition is great. Selecting that background was well though out too, it works really well, especially with the blue that kind of diagonally opposes the line of the Caterpillar. Great detail, perfect light and exposure. A well conceived, planned and executed shot. Just beautiful, a top shot.
