awesome shot!
the details are very sharp yet i can tell the softness of the fur. that's not easy to do.
the lighting is really nice and it's nice to see some in shadow and some exposed to sunlight, shows the nice colors of the jaguar! composition is good too!

Simply great shot. Clearness of the colours, details and sharpness of the image are fantastic. I also like perfect choice of pictured scene, cropping and composition of the picture. I would say you had an excellent POV, amazing sharpness and colour on this fellow! I absolutely love that he is positioned on this rock, really a neat pose he was striking there! Awesome as always! Thanks so much for sharing.

Oh, I meant to tell you that myself and the family are going to get a private tour of Caribbean Gardens in Naples sometime in May! Hubby is friends with the owners son, and he is coming down. I'm looking so forward to it :D

Wow a very majestic shot of this beautiful Jaguar, I think the angle is fine it shows him in all his glory, lovely pose and he is very relaxed. The shade gives a great depth of colours and shadows. Lovley composition.

I'd say that lens lived up to its reputation. This is really sharp! I do like Lenka"s workshop. It takes the attention away from the bright rock and bright grass and puts it on the Jaguar. Thanks for sharing another great shot.

The pose of this jaguar is fantastic! He looks like he wanted his picture taken. I think you did pretty good with the filtered light. I also like Lenka's (lgfoto) workshop as it balances the light out a little more evenly. :)

What a marvellous specimen and marvellous shot, Scott! What I miss in the Zoo here in Madrid is a more natural environment, for most of the animals are upon bare concrete. I was very sad to see them the last time I was there. I love the look of this beautiful jaguar, one of my favourite animals.
Excellent details and composition.
