[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This photo was taken a couple of years ago when I visited my mom in Nebraska. Once more, I did climb on a concrete barrier to get a better look and because he was high up, I was able to have a much nicer view than the other one.

In front of him there's a tree that was filled with birds - that's where his attention was. He was in the same confines as the other cat who caught and ate his little birdie snack - and this was the same day.

I like his expression, the intent he has hoping a birdie will fly his way. I think his nose is a little soft, but I was just learning how to use my camera then.

I love these felines, the switch of the tail, the energy the hold back just as they are about to leap, and the playfulness I've seen. They are beautiful and although they have the ability to be dangerous, I suppose if I was crowded out of my home or lived in a some enclosure, I wouldn't be happy either.
