Quite the accurate title...along with the fallen leaves...there is that almost spring colour. Very creative thinking as well as nice image to accompany.

This is really a beautiful photo. I am sure if you look through my critiques given to fellow members, you’ll notice that the majority of them are awarded to photos containing something with the colour of purple. I love purple and even created a theme with the title "My purple obsession." Thanks for sharing this beautiful flower with us. The colour is just perfect and the white anthers, sprinkled with pollen are very bright and clearly visible. A stunning close-up, with sharp details. There is a slight shiny gloss on the outside of the lilac coloured petals and this feature adds a special touch to this photo. This purple sight between the dead leaves is really something else and I enjoyed the view. Thanks for sharing.
