| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| I was outside taking extreme close-ups of flowers. I'd found the flower I was looking for and set up ... made sure lighting was good, camera was secured on the tripod ... everything was perfect. It was only later that I saw the ant crawling along the bottom. Sure, I could have cropped him (her?!?) out, but I felt as though they BELONGED in the picture. What do you think? |

Ant doesn't bother at all. Just completes.
Regards, Petru
The ant is perfectly apropos, Steve. Overall, I like the shot -- attractive color and symmetry. I wish you had shown just a bit more of the form of the flower, rather than cropping off the petals. Nonetheless, well done.
Hi Steve,
It is a very good shot. Good composition, very sharp and good colors.
The ant is a detail without importance
