Hi Nick,
I liked your vision here. The evening colors are so nice. The silhouttee of seagull has aaded a good effect. the compositon wise its vey good image. What lacks in this picture is the focus, if you observed every thing looks soft here.Its beacuse you have used f4 whih gives you shallow deft of field. try to use more f stop e.g f8 and above for landscape pictures and smaller f e.g. f4 fpr portarit.I have posted a ws for you hope you will lik it.
