[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A trio of young white birches extends skyward at the Gordon Bubolz Nature Preserve. As these young trees mature, it can be seven or eight years before the bark attains its trademark brilliant white that gives the species its common name.

Display well Jim...'Specially the white birch bark against the blue sky. Birch for some reason has eluded me...I have yet had to have such luck as a shot such as this with patterns rising up. I can see Native Americans making canoes!
