[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I spent a long time taking his picture while he posed for me. He seemed to be daring me to take his picture. This day it was rather cool in Milwaukee and the birds seemed to be in hiding except for this guy. When the weather is nicer they come right up to you begging for attention.
