As Winter approaches it's getting more difficult to find wildflowers still blooming. I took this photo of these pretty little Calico Asters about two weeks ago, while walking the fields behind the house.
Calico Aster (Symphyotrichum lateriflorum)

Height: 1 to 5 ft.
Blooms: August to October
Leaf Type: toothed

I like this so poetic shot. You have found subject for shooting in this season nicely. Pattern created by charming and tender flowers is amazing as well as composition of the image, pleasant colours, perfect details and wonderful smooth BG which stands out of the main subject superbly.
