Interesting bird where is her second leg? :)
The little dots on her feathers have a heart shape.
Something in her head edges seem to be very odd.

Lesley, I think it is the first time I see a Thrush on TN. This one seems to possess only a single paw. Its song is beautifull.

Excellent shot Lesley. I love it. I have never heard of such a thrush. In NZ they are darker and have 2 legs. (Just kidding.) I ilke the paler colours. Well done!

Great capture all round, the thing I like best is the relaxed pose with one foot up. Only a bird feeling safe will sit like that, so well done for not disturbing him ;-))

Superb! Hermit thrushes are shy and not easy to catch on film. I just found your shot, Lesley--a great harbinger of springer until I hear (and if I'm lucky, see) one on the wing.
