| Raccoons are nocturnal animals and are not normally seen under such bright conditions. I strongly suspect this one may not have been feeling well. This is a digiscoped image taken through a Nikon spotting scope. Digiscoped images usually require some sharpening, but because of the high-contrast conditions, this one only needed the most minor tuning. |
