[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I've been experimenting with a lens element I canibalized from a broken lens I had. The element is encased in plastic with threads, so naturally, I screw it on my 24mm lens and take photos. The difficulty however, is that I must manually focus to infinity, then physically move my body (or camera) to-and-fro to get the subject in focus. Very hard on a windy day. But it allows me to get in extremely close, with a not-so-close-up lens. Enjoy....expect more like this, but also shots using an F-5 bellows extension. One last thing... this spider was smaller than an air rifle copper BB. I almost missed it.
