| Blue Beach used to be used for War Games and is now being converted for peaceful purposes. Located on the Island of Vieques were a few yeas ago the residents of the island took on the US Navy and were able to get them to vacate. It is now an sancturary to marine and land animals manages by the National Fish & Wildlife people. |
