| A rare day in the South, indeed! We had the biggest snowfall that I've seen in the last 15 years...about two inches of snow which made for a winter wonderland. I took this photo of a beautiful pine tree covered in snow (true dedication to TN as it was snowing heavily and I took out my good Canon in a plastic bag, LOL!) |

Greeting Alli,
A really nice winter composition, as I sit here in 30deg heat seems a little strange, excellent detail with the pine needles piercing though the snow, exposure is spot on, well composed and framed, all the best Cheers Rick :)
P.S. congratulation on an excellent gallery too, some amazing pictures...
Nice compo, Alli.
TFS,
Andrea

Hi Alli,
Your notes made me laugh because; I realize that we really live in totally different regions :) The biggest snowstorm this year let us more than 1.3 feet of snow and we still have some. Even our Canadian Canon cameras are used to snow, lol :) We live in a white country this year but I do like it a lot. Winter without snow is not winter. I like this beautiful composition with nice details and natural exposure. Well done and TFS,
Claudine
Poetic graceful shot. Well done!
Lovely detail and an amazing shot for the south. Last year during Easter we had about 4 inches of snow here and that's unheard of! Crazy world!
