Hello Wei
You have really hit the right point on this picture...Eye contact...The goose is really braking hard and you have captured the energy of this very well.
I would suggest trying iso 400 which will raise the shutter speed above 1/250 and stand back a little.
That said it is a superbly detailed picture.
