Hi Torbjorn,

You are in the USA! You must appreciate the longer days with sunlight.
I like the side-lighted tree and your exposure. It creates a nice dark profile of the trunk and branches and at the same time the ice covered tip of the branches are sparkling in the sun. Nice blue BG of the sky too. The road in the FG gives a nice horizontal element that creates a good foundation to the picture.

Hello Torbjørn,
A beautiful tree with branches lined with ice!
The side light gives a fine effect, and the contrasty trunk stands out really well against the pleasant sky!

Hi Torbjorn,

Surprising to see a shot from the US from you - hope you're having a nice trip!

Lovely effect, the icy branches (that looks pretty cold!) contrast really well against the blue sky.

Can't quite make my mind up about the road - yes, frames it and gives it depth, but maybe a closer crop concentrating on the icy tree / sky would work too!!

Hi Torbjorn,
Is this pleasure or business trip to the USA? It will be a great change to put a different scenery in your portfolio.

This is a wonderful capture of the sun shining on the ice covered tree. it is a bit dark at the bottom of the tree, but the light and the sky at the top are wonderful.
