Also known as the Virginia deer, I took this shot a few weeks ago. I really liked the light on the deer head.

I took this in Barzos Bend State Park: info
Brazos Bend SP is one of America's top 10 state parks.
There is 5000 acres of lakes, prairies and bottomland hardwood forest.
34 miles of trails.
290 species of birds
And this beautiful buck.

I cropped it down some Photoshop.
Hope you like it, I had alot of fun with this guy.

I am sure it was so difficult to take this nice shot of the beautiful animal. Excellent cropping and impressive pose and glance of the deer. May be image is soft a bit but this is not a point at all. My best wishes and compliments.
