This is the eye of a common garden lizard about 4 inches long I found in my backyard here in Houston. The awesome hand of God created it! Oh... Notice the reflection of me taking the picture on the pupil

Nice POV! Great closeup. I agree with earthtraveler about the DOF. It would have been nice to have the whole composition in sharp focus. Still a nice shot!
