Pleasant surprise from you in the shape of this extemely simple but extraordinarily beautiful composition with a wild flower.
That one up-opened bud in one corner of the frame embellishes the picture immensely.

Hi Howard,

This is just beautiful!! I have not seen this flower here in the desert. The colors are spectacular - the details are razor sharp. The simple centered composition against the dark background is magnificent. I love the bud!!!

Hello Howard,

I used to have these in my garden and loved their beauty. You have captured this perfectly! The colours and the details of the flower are just perfect. I paticularly like how the shadow of the stamens is creeping across the lower petals.
The flowerhead is contrasted well with the dark b/g.

Lovely close-up of this beautiful Coreopsis which is sometimes seen in gardens here too.
It must be lovely to see it in the wild, the colours are really striking. As usual this is technically perfect showing impressive details.

un'immagine semplice dal grande impatto visivo per la scelta di un POV inusuale, ma molto efficace anche per il taglio compositivo e lo stupendo OOF BG scuro, perfetta esposizione e ottimo utilizzo della luce, buona definizione, fantastici questi colori molto saturi.
