| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
The female Northern Cardinal sings, often from the nest. The song may give the male information about when to bring food to the nest. A mated pair shares song phrases, but the female may sing a longer and slightly more complex song than the male.

Hi Wei,
a fine picture with nice colours and pretty good sharpness.
Maybe another crop with less space behind the bird would improve the picture, otherwise it's nice.
Well done.

Hello Wei,
What an excellent composition with this colorful cardinal. The sharpness and natural surroundings make this an outstanding image. Thanks Wei for sharing.

Wei,
I love birds, no matter what the species.
The Cardinal & the Bul-bul are my favorites for their songs.
The African Grey Congo for its mimicery of human speech has no equal.
This subject has been presented with a lot of taste. GREAT notes too.
Mario from Canada.

Hi Wei
I really like this picture od the Northern Cardinal. It shows the bird in its true environment in and the trees just coming into leaf/flower just add that little extra interest.
