| A strange blossom. Taken on the bank of the Ohio river in early fall. A beautiful lavender with an odd bit that turns back into itself. No clue what sort of flower it might be, but it was lovely. Hope you enjoy it. |

Hi Shelly,
A great idea. Good contrast between the blossom and dark background. Nicely composed. Unfortunately there is a lot of noise in the image which is distracting. Perhaps it is caused by over cropping or too much post processing?
Mike
Shelly,
I wonder if it is a WILD SWEET PEA???
Have a look: at these.
Wonder if it is a pea flower. They look so very similar.
Anyway you do have a delightful register; however, it is quite noisey.
Best regards,
Mario from Calgary.
