These type of lizards are plentiful in Houston. When they're angry or frightened, a pink fin will pop up from their throat. This little guy was hanging around my mailbox waiting for me to take pictures of him.
I cropped away the rest of the mailbox post and a good bit more of the periphery, then adjusted the image's levels in Photoshop, sharpened it, resized it, and saved and uploaded it.
Here's a shot of another Green Anole.

I think that lizard is a Green Anole. I have a photo of one I took in Fredericksburg. They're cute little devils, aren't they?
