Hi Robin,
Very interesting your presentation.
You used a very good POV to show this teasels.
DOF was appropiated, with 2 flowers in focus and the third one still with enough details to be observed, but integrated with the blurred background.
The vivid red of the butterfly adds an accent of color to the whole image.
It's a pitty the left one flower is cropped at the top, but anyways is a good job.

Estéticamente es una bella composición Robin y técnicamente tiene sus aciertos como el colorido, iluminación y foco, aunque el DOF tal vez sea algo escaso y el encuadre cortando el cardo innecesario.

Aesthetically it is a beautiful composition Robin and technically it has their successes like the colors, illumination and focus, although DOF perhaps is something scarce and the framing unnecessary cutting the thistle.
