Hi David,
You have described it very well: dramatic and sublime view! The pov so high make the rainbow even more beautiful. Great composition, color and landscape.
I prefer this one because of the position of the rainbow in the sky and the earth can be seem clearly. Also, the sky is partially cloudy, what is necessary for the phenomenon and very lovely too.
