| I took this photo this morning as the sun was rising at about 9:30. It was mostly cloudy but the sun snuck in to the south and created this great transition from yellow to purple in the sky. I cropped the image from a standard frame to create the vertical panorama style and did some light work in levels and curves to bring out the color. |

Very nice! Simple. Elegant. There's something to be said for what I call, as you do, vertical panoramas - long, slim vertical images like this. A style not often used. Great gradations of colours against the very attractive tree.
