What a splendid shot of this impressive bald eagle!
I really love the pose in which you captured it as well as the POV from where this was taken - giving you that splendid and so rare encountered BG (especially in eagle shots).
The sharpness on the subject is impeccable and the sopt-on exposure made sure you had all the right colors here.
The composition created is also terrific!

Wow - the first thing that struck me was the eagle's face. Amazing. I really like this closeup of the eagle landing. Wonderful colors and details. The wings are awesome. And of course a beautiful setting.

Exposure perfect (which is far from easy in dark birds with partly white plumage, in this case also whitish BG).
Compo perfect. Background a bit turbulent (but this is really to find some critique).
So only one major problem left: the map shows coordinates in eastern Siberia ;-)
GREAT PICTURE I defenitely have to go to Alaska (or Siberia?)
