I agree. The backlit wings are magnificent. Good sharpness. Nice diagonal composition. The blue outline on inside of legs, I am guessing, occurred in editing. It is a tiny bit distracting, but overall this is outstanding in-flight shot. I will remove the outline in workshop.

You did fine work on this shot with editor...must be. Nice and clear picture with minor exception of between legs, but made up by the brilliant blue sky with white bird.

These kind of pictures make super perspective shots and what I like about your most is the semi-translucent primary and secondary feathers which define theegret in such a beautiful way, I will have to considered this anytime I myself get the chance. Very nice. :)

Hi Tom
It's not only the translucence of the wing featherrs wich is wonderful in this image, but also the composition with the one diagonal line of the body and leggs going from lower left to top right and the second diagonal line of the wings going from top left to bottom right, and last, but not least, the blue sky against wich the bird does stand out greatly.

Beautiful image and composition. Nit would be as already remarked - the postwork residue (in lack of a better word..).
That said - it still is beautiful!

Wondful composition, the egret fills the frame really well. Good whites and blue colours. You might of over sharpned the photo slightly or saturated the blue a little much as you can see the bright blue lines between the legs. I like your shot,

Amazing elegant shot. Subject is perfect as well as the quality of the shot despite the use ISO 800. Reproduction of white colour palette is terrific as well as the composition. I like WS. It would be better to remove the white spot too at the bottom of the image. My best wishes and compliments.
