Yucca plants are quite common in this area. This particular scene is of a yucca plant in what is known as "hidden valley", where cattlemen used this valley as a range area and natural coral for their cattle.

Another amazing composition! There always feels like ther's a story behind each photo. :)

Well there surely are no Yucca trees here in Cheney, WA...of course. This is a good lesson in Yucca. In B&W it gives a whole new perspective to the plant. Color pictures are good for comparing as well, but this goes to show how comparison is so important...and in this case so well done.
