[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Here's another photo from my trip in Joshua Trtee Nat'l Park back in February. The clouds of the day gave me some pretty wild shots; especially from the Barker Dam area, so I was optimistic for an impressive sunset, but unfortunately it wasn't as great as I had hoped for.
Still, the joshua trees do make for a great silhouette against the darkening sky.
Looking back at this photo, I wonder if I should have experimented a bit with a fill flash.

Hi Tim,
This is beautiful, I agree they make fantastic silhouettes. An amazing sky, excellent low POV. I think the picture is great as it is, fill-flash would be interesting but would have been something totally different. Some light painting with a torch would be interesting too. Excellent colours and nice crisp detail here, a fantastic shot.
Regards,
Adrian

Hi Timm,
Excellent shot. Very dramatic clouds in that sky. The composition looks great. Beautiful as is, but a slow synched flash shot would look cool also. Nice work here.
Scott

I think the sky is really cool, Tim. It gives a lot of movement and makes the composition very dynamic. I like it.

Thanks for sharing

Evelynn
