Red Rocks is part of the Denver Park system and is home to one of the best concert venues in the world, the park is made up of unusual sandstone formations very similar to Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs

Hi Paul!

You have put these rocks very well on stage. The unity of the color tones is superb, and the composition with the centered V-form is well seen.

Kind regards

Markus

All the angles and layers are nice in this composition... as well as the rich color. A little selective enhancement on an adjustment layer for the sky and distant mountains could even the exposure a bit. I wouldn't want to do too much so as to make it look unnatural. Very nice.

Hi Paul!

Racing from the foreground into the distance this photo feels endless! The wonderful details help alot for that feeling!
If possible, maybe I would have moved a few step to the right to try to get more of the landscap into the shot while still keeping the rocks nearby in the frame, but that's just me. :)

Well done and TFS!

Johannes

I lived in Thornton, when I was little. Life was simple then, we went on Sunday drives..... we went all over Colorado on Sundays, here especially.... Dramatic and beautiful photo!
