This is also Kooteni River in Libby Montana; the color is off. I had the bright light/cover over the lense, not thinking about the shade from the forest and the distance. But, the white water is lovely! Camera was set on auto..

Great job, Jasmine. How big of a lens did you have? If you could have zoomed in a bit, I think it would have helped your composition. My eye is drawn to the water pouring over the rock mid-river with the eruption of water from the hole behind it closer to the rock cliff. If you could have zoomed in and made that your photo, with a bit of the rock wall to make the upper third become a solid/stationary background, it might have been really cool. That of course, would've required that you could zoom in to that level, but it is a thought. Great to see someone else sharing Montana shots on this site! Keep it up. - Kelly
