Interesting well-planned composition. I like the criss-cross twigs which do look like stained glass together with the bright red colours of the leaves. Very beautiful light too.

You have created a charming autumn photo series. This one is so beautiful as previous pictures. Your note describes the picture and its features perfectly. I can to add that shot is really nice and pleasant for look despite the use of high ISO. Moreover any trace of the use of high ISO is absent and colour and sharpness/blurriness effect is so artistic. This is very pretty. I relly like the way the leaves change colour from top to bottom. Beautiful light and colour. Great vertical composition too, placing them where you have to me emphasises their height from the ground and lifts them out from the soft b/g. Very beautiful.

Hi Evelynn

I think this is a great picture both arhisticly and technically.
You did excellent to freeze the motion here! The result is exceptional and shows all those splendid leaves with such great details and displaying what the french call a "Dégradé" which is in fact a progressive trasition from one color to another.
The DOF here is also perfect - keeping all the leavs close to you in spot-on focus while blurring the BG just the right amount to isolate your "sunbejcts" but still gives us a view over the place.
Brilliant composition and colors!!! I wish i had had such inspiration for my photos when i had the chance...here they are all on the ground now.

Hi Evelynn,
I like the effect of the shallow DOF in this photo a lot. It gave a great focus on the front leaves while creating a nice soft BG. Lichting and details in the front leaves are stunning. I am sure that you could have gone down in the ISO and shutter speed and still get a frozen photo. Wind won't blow that fast.

Hello Evelynn

A wonderful series of autumn shots this year,you certainly achieved what you set out to accomplish.
I like how you equate this shot to a place of worship...interesting how we photographers see the world.I like to think we are just a little bit more connected to Gaia .
The leaves create a beautiful palette of colour and the POV and DOF are excellent.
I am presently listening to Coldplay sing a song called "Don't Panic" and the refrain is "we live in a beautiful world,ya we do ya we do"I can't help but agree with that sentiment.
