Western Fence Lizard sunning himself on, of all things, a fence! (Well, a rope fence, anyway.)

The bokeh of the 105mm VR Micro-Nikkor is usually excellent, but it bothers me a little in this shot. I used the Nikon CLS Close-Up lighting kit. The left strobe was one stop lower than the right.

This is one of a family of the lizards living in the holes in the fence posts that the rope passes through.
