Eagle 7266

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Bald Eagle departing the creek in front of our house. He stayed for quite a while, but left when crows started harassing him. He did not bathe, but just waded around taking an occasional drink. The water in the background is salt. This is where the creek enters Hood Canal, a natural fjord.
These eagles have nested near here for twenty-five years. |

What a beautiful rustic setting! That is in front of your house? Very nice. The photo is outstanding, especially the focus for in-flight. Lots of nice details. Colors and exposure on the eagle are excellent.

great focus and excellent action capture. good water trail from the claws. good refleciton. colors away from the eagle look a little strange though.
Hi Christopher,
Good capture of this Eagle flying.
The exposure is accurate, but the image is over-sharpened. The edges doesn't look natural. The composition could have been better.
Regards,
Shahar.
Very nice Christopher, I like the action shot with the water frozen in mid-air. I was really close to Belfair this weekend. :)
Hi Christopher,
Good capture of this Eagle taking off.
Excellent.
Cheers from Antibes.
