This is a wonderful sharp image against the tan, softly textured background. I like the close crop.

Dang Tom you do well with the whites...Very nice..It actually looks white and not blown out. Great show for a Nikon. Obviously in good hands.

Great shot Tom,
The background really sets this image off. Extremely sharp and nice texture to the plumage. Wonderful eye contact, like the composition.
What is the white cotton like material in it's bill? Is it part of it's own downey feathers that it had just got done pruning? Well done!!
