A view of Mount Eisenhower in the Presidential Range of the White Mountains. The POV is from Bretton Woods in front of the famous Mt Washington Hotel. The river in the FG is the Ammonoosuc. Picture taken at the end of a beautiful winter day. You can notice very thin layer of clouds in the sky. Used a grad filter to balance the exposure.

hi patrick,
beautiful landscape depicting the glory of winter, i liked the way you have composed the shot showing so many layers, lovely natural colour tones, the falling sunlight on the miuntains create nice effect,
well seen & captured shot,
tfs & regards
pankaj

This is lovely Patrick. I really like your choice of composition. I like the river flowing into the scene, leading to the light bathed mountain top... and visa versa. The bit of foreground snow and willows is very effective. The saturated colors and late afternoon light is wonderful. I'm probably "all wet" here but it feels to me that it may need a slight rotation to the right. I realize the water is flowing downhill but it doesn't feel quite flat from bank to bank. I tried a quick workshop.

Hello Patrick,
A very attractive natural scenery, where the spice is how the last sunrays kiss the summit in the back!
Well composed and with attractive details...

Hello Patrick,
It's an excellent landscape shot. I like the way you managed both the warm sunlight and the cool tones in the shadow. Nice composition with the river.
Best greetings,
Michal
