[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This heron sat on watching us on a pier in Florida for hours and didn't seem to mind having a camera pointed at it. It was a bad day, as the camera was set to ISO 400 and I have a lot of noisy photos that should be much better.

Hi Alex,
It seems you did twist the bird's neck to fit into this picture!
I like so much the POV and pose of the bird, and you managed pretty well to build this composition and get everything into.
Great contrast between whites/blue sky.

Is the Heron trying to tie a knot in his neck, it looks really funny. I like the composition and pose with the attention all on the head & neck, nice colours with the white against the blue sky BG.
