[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
this was taken in the salt ponds by the San Francisco Bay. the title comes from the shape created by the Black Necked Stilt and its reflection. if you look closely you can see a bug or bit of food that the stilt is trying to get with its beak.

Hello Tom,
Very nice capture.Reflections on water is amazing.POV,framing and visual impact are also wonderful.
TFS..:-)

Hi Tom,
A very abstract nature photo where the slightly distorted reflection works perfectly. Clarity and detailed wise, I would have expected more from this camera and lens combination. Did you use noise reduction? A small crop from the bottom and rightside would help as well.
TFS,
Niek

Fantastic composition creating a triangle with the original and the reflection on the water of the Black Necked Stilt.

TFS & Cheers

Witaj Toma!
Marvellous and bird and reflection. Excellent composition and splendid quality.
I greet - Roma

Estupenda idea. Original.
Buenos colores y magníficos reflejos.
Un saludo, JL.

Buen trabajo con la luz y buen efecto conseguido a pesar de sacrificar el enfoque del ave. Delicada toma. Saludos

Excellent composition Tom. Good eye on your part, both with the shot, and for recognition of the triangle in it. The reflection is excellent, your timing impecable. You have to wonder how they can catch those flies with that beak. It would be like using chop sticks.

Thanks, John
