Great shot of the Blue Dasher. The fill flash gave you great exposure on the throax and eye! Outstanding DOF, background, pose of df, and overall composition. Focus and detail excellent.

Hi Greg,

A great shot with lovely colors,the focus is great and th fill flash worked well,the only thing I think could improve if you made a horizontal compo of it and cropped out the dark BG on the topside of the picture,I made a quick ws,I know in my ws the dragonfly comes out too much on the topside,but I made the ws to let you see it without the black,

Wonderful sharp image I can only get mine using a 500mm so will have to invest in Macro as this is so sharp.

A great image of this dragonfly!
I like so much the usual high quality, this time in the capture of this insect.
Love all the light and info got on the body, as well as the reflectins on the yes.
It's very good the way the background is blurred to stand out the subject.

c'est remarquable,c'est vrai que la partie noir en haut aurait pu etre supprimé comme sur le WS mais pour ce qui est de la profondeurde champ,la netteté et les couleurs c'est extra.
