| Miguelito Canyon, in Lompoc, California, has its own grove of Sequoia sempervirens, the Coast Redwood. This particular one is extremely healthy, growing vigorously in the protected canyon just east of the city. |

Your pictures here are what makes photography so wonderful and since I cannot get back very easily you hav an new opportunity open to you thru me. I have so many ideas of place to pic, such as this shot. I would have loved to do this picture. Dang! You are back her to let me know God in nature is alive on the coast..and the KOZT eh? We shall soon see again.

Wonderful POV - - - you show the strength and size of this spectacular tree! Very compositionally pleasing with the radials/limbs at the top.
