Hi Jim,
What a splendid capture of this lovely dragonfly. Brilliant focus on the eyes and the beautifully patterned thorax. I don't mind the rest being rather soft here as it looks so good like this anyway. Fine soft background and nicely composed too.

A fine looking dragonfly with the wonderful stripes. His wings look huge. Excellent colors, fine details, fantastic pose on the diagonal branch and superb background.

It looks upto some extent similar to asiatic bloodtail. And I don't know its exact ID. Sorry for that. The capture is very nice sharp focus and nice composition. But here the focus is a bit soft compared to your last three posts of DFlies. Those were simply brilliant. Thanks a lot for sharing.
