I'm thinking that if I went here at the right time of year, waved my camera around and randomly tripped the shutter, I could come back with some amazing shots. Maybe I'll try that for my next trip? IN this shot, like a previous one from thei location, I used the flash fill to light the fg rocks.

PP: The usual workflow -- resize, frame, USM.

Hi Mike,
A nice shot of a beautiful area. Great DOF showing good detail throughout and great exposure. Good idea of using the flash to provide some light on the rocks in the foreground, I wouldn't have thought of that. A nice image and good to see some results with the 18-200, I've heard it's a good lens and this is evidence of that.
Cheers,
Adrian

Nicely composed in the vertical Mike. Crisp detail, beautiful sky, and I like how your FG has a mix of light/shadow.
Great use of fill flash to expose that FG also :)
Well done!
