Hello Tab,
I've just compared this with your previous posting of the Blue Jay and think that this is a little better for the detail and simplicity of the composition. In both shots the pose and POV are interesting and unsual.
Nice lighting too.

A very interesting POV for this shot.
The eye contact is very good with lovely catch light.
The lighting is warm and the colours are pastel.I really like the OOF BG.
Nicely composed with the diagonal look.
Very good focus and sharp details.
