It must be fantastic to see these beauties in real life and this is a fine capture showing the wing undersides in a great composition with the orange flower. It seems to have many host plants but unsprayed citrus fruit trees can be good to find the caterpillares.

Hi JIm,
Another lovely Swallowtail, they seem popular on TN and rightly so! To keep the balance here it obviously has to flap its wings hence the blurrness which is typical for this species. The composition is beautiful as well as the light and the background makes the butterfly stand out.
