Hello Donna,
This is always a pleasure to see those beautiful birds. Details and colors are very nice. I would maybe have tried to make the main subject a little less centered but it remains a nice picture! I don't play golf either... Maybe, I’ll give it a try when I'll be retreated :) Thanks!

They are such funny figures too!
Imagine this one dressed a bit differently and he could well pass as a dedicated golfer...
A nice capture with fine details in the bird!

Hello Donna,
I can't think of a better way of spending time at a golf course than to take shots like this one of the Great Blue Heron. Nice and sharp, you got him from a great POV in a fine pose.
As the Heron is kind of long I wonder if a long composition with more space on his left may have benn better, but that's a matter of taste.

Wow, Donna. I see you like extreme too. ISO 1600 and exposure time 1/4000. It is cool. Nice tender shot with so delicate colours despite the strong lighting. The bird is charming, its image is well reproduced. Pictured scene is lovely too. My best wishes and TS.

The greens and reflectory background are a very nice addition. Shows well the natural curve of the neck from a side angle. Very nice Donna.

At a golf course it should be "Just playing a round" ahem lol.A lovely shot of this beautiful heron.The pose is wonderful,like he is in a suit with tails,just needs a top hat.Very well focused with very good colours.TFS
