Fantastic shot of this cute Nuthatch with a catch. Very impressive sharpness and colours on its plumage. Superb lighting, exposure and focus. I like the wood on which it sits and the smooth BG, they do set up a nice balance. Excellent POV and DOF. Very nicely composed. Kudos.

One framed, one not...nice alternation :)
A beautiful nuthatch caught in action here and well presented by you again.
The details are as sharp as always, the pose of the bird is lovely and the fact that it has something in its beak sure adds to the photo.
The colors of the nuthatch are also superb and contrast well with the dry wood. The DOF is spot-on and the exposure is impeccable, as usual :)
