| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| No need to dream of a white Christmas here in Wisconsin -- the wind is whipping outside tonight in true blizzard form, and yesterday's rains, which corroded our snow cover, have given place to more of the white stuff. It brought to mind a morning after, three years back, when I trekked through the local nature center and came upon this favorite. |

May this scene of Peace and Tranquility bring you an inner quiet. Hear the Spirit of the land around you. Be ever watchful for all living things. Become a true sentient Being through Peace and the Power of Nature, created by God the Father.

Hi Jim,
Thanks for sharing this view into the Wisconsin winter.
Looks alot like here in Minnesota. The image evokes the quiet and peace after the storm when everthing is blanketed with snow.

Hi Jim,
A beautiful scenery of the trees covered with snow, the point of view is giving depth to the photo and allows us to see all the details of the trees. Yes it was a white Christmas in 2007. Thanks for sharing.

Hello Jim
A wonderful scene of the woods in Winter.
I like the way the path flows through the shot, and leads the eye and imagination around the trees.
Very good pov.
Well focused with excellent sharpness.
